The Cheerleaders
The Pomme Pomme Girls attended a Christmas party in December for only sisters. It was held at Barb's house. Norma Bea (Pomme Pomme) is the mother of all the girls....and DJ and Dorothy (Pomme Pommes) are the Aunts. This is an annual event, started by Mary Helen. We all had a great time....we ate dinner and exchanged gifts...and even had a rousing chorus of Jingle Bells.

NERTZ!!
Recently I attended my 40th High School Class Reunion
. That would be the class of 1965 at Lafayette High School. It was a lot of fun catching up with old friends and reconnecting with my roots. There were over 100 attendees there....and I recognized most...er....some of them *lol* Later in the week, I met up with four of my oldest and dearest friends from my home town. We had good food and good conversation....and a really good time. It seems the years haven't changed our attitudes about each other. Four of us went through grade school and high school together. We remembered our "firsts"............first mascara...first two-piece bathing suit...first cigarette...first date........first kiss...
This was our "first" lunch together...but it won't be the last!!! To see more pics click here
