The last of 2007

We enjoyed a short weekend in KC just before the New Year. We drove down with Russ and Gina. After cocktails in Skye's (top of the Hyatt) we had dinner at the Savoy...and the next morning we pigged out again with brunch at Benton's. It seems we like to see KC from over 40 stories!!

Red River New Mexico

We spent Thanksgiving in New Mexico with Barney's family. It was really cold....and snowy!!! Made it seem more like the season to us though. We had a great time! I snapped this picture right outside our back door. Barney even fed them by hand.

Yes....I actually mad a pumpkin pie!! *lol* .....and it was GOOD!!! Now I am going to make pumpkin pies all the time! I sure hope Barney likes them.

Dancing With the Stars

I went to Dancing With the Stars last night. Had a great seat....right on the edge of the dance floor. I was on camera three times!! WHOO HOO!! *lol* They seated me in the VIP section....right next to Mel's hubby and his friends. You can see me applauding during the exhibition tango.
